Refund policy
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. For lip liner cases, the protective film on the mirror must remain intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom engraved items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to their personalised nature.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@astcass.com. When returning an item, you are responsible for return postage and may ship back the item using the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address.
We will issue an email confirmation once the refund has been approved and processed, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the total refund amount does not include the shipping fee.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We're incredibly confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion, a product may be damaged during transit and arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at info@astcass.com with proof of the defective product like a photo or preferably a video so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to quickly resolve it. We will then provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on the purchase. Emails for a defective product must be sent within 48hrs of delivery of the product.

Note: For health and safety purposes, consumable and wearable items may only be returned/refunded provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and sealed.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can, using the same email address you used to place your order, along with your order number.
Once an order is in our system, it can't be edited and we cant usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so its important that you let us know as early as possible.
If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process below.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
At Astcass, we work hard to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Part of that experience is our easy and efficient return policy. In order to make sure that your return is processed properly, please reach out to us first at info@astcass.com so we can guide you through the return procedure.
Our returns policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address. The buyer is responsible for returning the products to us for assessment, repair, or exchange.
Orders returned to a different address may result to delayed or denied refund or exchange. So please reach out to us first, and we'll be happy to help you initiate the return process.
When you’re shipping your items back to us, kindly reference the return to your name, shipping address and order number to make sure it will be processed accordingly. Once we receive your package, we will quality check it to ensure there is no damage and then process a refund for you.
We suggest using a mailing option that allows you to track your package to ensure that we receive it. Please wrap your package carefully, as we won't be able to process your exchange or refund if the product has been damaged.
