Shipping policy
At Astcass, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and securely as possible. Please note that shipping times do not account for customs delays and delivery may be slower during peak periods like Christmas or Black Friday. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.
All shipments are tracked and you’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Within 1-3 working days after placing the order, we'll check, approve and pack your order. Your package will then be prepared for shipment.
*Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT. This excludes weekend days and UK Bank Holidays.*
DELIVERY TIME: Delivery times vary based on the destination. For UK orders, delivery usually takes 2-4 working days after dispatch. International shipping times depend on the location and will be displayed at checkout.
***Please note that engravings require an additional 2-4 working days on top of standard shipping times.***
***If your order contains a pre-order item along with items that are currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is back in stock. If you would like the in-stock items shipped before, additional shipping charges may apply and you will need to contact us at info@astcass.com to arrange this**
We currently ship to the UK, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia and most EU countries. Available shipping destinations and live rates will be shown at checkout.
We plan to expand to more countries very soon! If you're located outside of the listed countries, please get in touch with us to explore additional shipping options.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Some international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not have control over these costs and they can vary between countries.
Many customers receive their orders without additional fees, but this cannot be guaranteed, as every country has different thresholds and rules.
If you’re unsure about your country’s import policies, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
